I am a Product, Service and User Experience Designer & Researcher with a decade + of experience creating new digital products and services, developing frameworks and approaches, and fostering & leading high performing teams. I’ve shipped AR products at Microsoft, automotive technology at Tesla, and future of work services and strategies at McKinsey, to name a few. Expert in enterprise design, SAAS, Future of Work, digital transformation, organizational innovation, cultivating design maturity & emerging technology enthusiast.

Design leader with a hands-on approach: I think great teams do the best work and am firmly invested in building and being a part of great teams, fostering strong relationships across levels and disciplines, and encouraging skill development and professional growth.

Currently my home is also my hometown - Austin - after spending over a decade working around the US and abroad, with my longest pit stop in NYC. I love working with globally distributed teams and the opportunity it offers to connect with other parts of the world and exposure to diverse thought.

I think being a designer suggests an inherent curiosity - about what people do and why they do things that way, about the way things work and don’t work. I am a maker at heart when I’m off the clock too. You’ll probably find me cooking or building something at home, camping or traveling (ideally jumping into a body of water) or taking a class - the most recent in TIG welding, design & AI, and making pizza dough.
